Laboratorio La Gufa
Our Story
It all started in our small home workshop, a room that smells of honey, wax and propolis. La Gufa starts from a dream that came to life 10 years ago with the choice of living in the woods, with the intention of self- producing as much as possible, raising our family in contact with nature.
We started with a small apiary, we began producing honey and then, three years ago, the discovery of an ecological packaging that we were able to self-produce was dazzling!
We immediately believed in it, and began experimenting starting with the wax provided by our apiary and using old napkins. It took some time but in the end the perfect blend was found!
The result excited us so much that we decided to promote it by participating in markets and fairs. Our intent is to make this product known to everyone, in order to change our habits in the kitchen and help reduce plastic consumption.
From this successful experience the "Laboratorio la Gufa" was born, no longer a small room but a real laboratory where every day we create our "Pellina", the Natural Food Film.
